It’s important that we put what is right first. To do this you will need to have the confidence to push ideas harder and ask difficult questions, giving our clients the assurance, they can rely on. As business advisors, we enjoy the intellectual stimulation that comes from solving complex problems and creating positive change for many organisations.
Your Role
What you can expect
You will be involved in audits both on-site and in the office as well as preparing financial statements for a range of entities. This is a client-facing role where no two days are the same and you will gain a wealth of experience.
Graduates
During your three-year programme, you’ll be learning, gaining real-work experience and studying towards your ACA qualification.
School-Leavers
During your four or five year programme, you’ll be learning, gaining real-work experience and studying towards your AAT qualification.
Throughout your programme, you’ll be given time to study and revise for your exams, supported by us all the way.

Our training programme consists of a mixture of activities:
- Studying in college towards your ACA qualification
- Working as part of the team to undertake actual client work
- Attending training to develop your professional knowledge, as well as soft skills
- Attending sessions to manage your studies and help you to qualify
No two days will be the same and you’ll spend time in various locations – the office, college and also at client premises – and all of this variety makes your experience with us both interesting and dynamic.
