Panayiotis Panteli

Hello, I’m Pan. I am a University of Sheffield 2019 graduate, with a First Class Honours degree in Accounting and Financial Management. I joined Ecovis Audit and Business Advisory team in April 2022. My working experience background include a year working for ENI Oil and Gas accounting department, Deloitte Cyprus Financial Services Audit team and MHA Macintyre Hudson Financial Services Audit team. I am towards the completion of my ACA qualification as I am part qualified and due to sit my last exam in November 2023.

Ecovis is an ideal firm to work for and what I enjoy the most is the diverse team and the forward-thinking culture of the management. The wide clientele portfolio of Ecovis along with my background allow me to provide an efficient audit experience to clients within different industries.

An area of an interest is the sustainability accounting and how this will form the future of businesses as more firms are adopting environmentally friendly practices.

Favourite hobbies

I consider myself as a wanderer, so I spend a lot of my free time travelling around either within UK or abroad. I also enjoy a nice exhibition usually related with fashion or modern art. Although I believe I am very outgoing and social person, I enjoy being on my own reading my book in a peaceful place as much as I enjoy being out with friends.

As I am Greek – Cypriot, I can’t resist to a homemade Greek moussaka!

If you could have a superpower, what would it be and why?

I love travelling hence the superpower I would like to have is to be able and teleport in different part of the world whenever I wanted to.

Are you a cat person or a dog person?

I am definitely a dog person, and it is on my plans to adopt a dog in the future.

Greek.
