A bit about me
Hello, I’m Marianna.
I graduated from King’s College London in 2022 with a First Class degree in French Literature and a Distinction in Oral French before joining Ecovis in September 2022. Since then, I have qualified as an ACA Chartered Accountant and progressed to Audit Senior within the Audit & Business Advisory team.
I work with a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from entrepreneurial and owner-managed businesses to multinational groups and special purpose entities. Much of my work involves international and cross-border assignments, supporting clients operating across multiple jurisdictions and navigating complex accounting, audit and regulatory requirements. My experience includes advising on technical accounting matters and working with businesses reporting under UK GAAP, IFRS, French GAAP and US GAAP frameworks.
What I enjoy most about my role is the intellectual challenge. Every client, industry and engagement is different, requiring a combination of technical expertise, commercial awareness and problem-solving. I am naturally curious and enjoy developing a deep understanding of clients’ industries and strategic objectives. This enables me to deliver a practical and a more effective audit experience.
At Ecovis, I particularly value the collaborative culture and open-door environment, which encourages continuous learning and professional development. I enjoy mentoring and supporting junior team members, while building strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike. I also regularly attend French Chamber of Great Britain events, which provide valuable opportunities to connect with the wider international business community and maintain close links with the Franco-British market.
Delivering high-quality work, embracing innovation and understanding the businesses behind the numbers are what motivate me most; all within a close-knit and collaborative team culture!
