A bit about me
Hello, I’m Louisa. I trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant at a small central London practice. When this merged with Ecovis in 2013, I initially took up the role as a manager in the tax team, as my portfolio included a lot of personal tax clients. After a couple of years, I moved to the outsourcing department where I continue to manage a large portfolio of clients ranging from fin-tech start-ups, through to subsidiaries of international groups to small owner-managed family companies. It is fair to say that accounting does not always come naturally to some small business owners, so I help them with the figures to free them up to concentrate on their particular skill set.
The whole team at Ecovis is very friendly and supportive. I really enjoy interacting with clients and helping their businesses thrive.
Personally speaking
What are your favourite hobbies?
Reading, cooking, singing and dancing!
What one piece of advice would you give your 10-year-old self?
Go for it and live the best life that you can!
Are you a cat person or a dog person?
I’m a cat-lover. I do like dogs, as long as they are not the slobbery type! But, to me, cats are far superior – particularly my two:)
Coffee or tea?
Coffee, though I’m no connoisseur. I just like black instant coffee!
