A bit about me

Hello, I’m Emma. I started my career as a Junior PA to the founding Partners of Ecovis over twenty year’s ago. With the encouragement and support of our Partners, I have developed and progressed my career in Human Resources and Practice Management. Having grown with the firm, I appreciate the importance of having a great team behind us and I work hard to attract, support and retain the best people.

My primary focus is to provide responsive and proactive HR support to both our employees and clients alike. Our stakeholders expect a high level of qualified professionalism in HR and this means having real expertise based both on theory and evolving good practice. It’s vital I deliver consistent, fair and reliable information and advice.

I love having the opportunity to represent the people who are at the heart and soul of our business, whilst ensuring everyone has purpose and scope for personal growth. I am passionate about inclusive policies and structures that facilitate the needs of a fast-paced growing business, with happier people year on year. HR is a privileged career and my role provides a platform to really make a difference to peoples’ lives, both professionally and personally.
