Several studies have concluded that companies that are diverse and inclusive are better able to respond to challenges, win top talent, and meet the needs of different customer bases. With D&I in mind, companies are considering how to better support employees. Over the past few years, many organisations have taken strides to build diversity and inclusion into their policies and hiring practices.
In this season’s magazine, the Chamber interviewed Ecovis Director, Alexandra Pasareanu, to understand how we put put D&I at the centre of our business strategy.
