As the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency (ECCT) Bill progressed through Parliament, Companies House addressed concerns by stating that adjustments to the fee structure will secure sufficient funding. This will cover incurred costs and contribute to the expenses of new powers introduced in the ECCT Bill.
