Actions we have taken
Ecovis’ top priority has always been to deliver superior service to our clients. To do that in the current environment, we are taking every precaution possible to protect the health and safety of our team, our clients and their families, given the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Therefore as of the end of business today (17th March) all staff at Ecovis in London will be working remotely and our office will be closed. For now, our plan is to maintain remote work arrangements from Wednesday 18th March to Tuesday 31st March. We will be monitoring the situation closely to determine if these arrangements need to be extended. The good news is that Ecovis’ technological capability enables everyone on our team to work seamlessly from remote locations. During this period, we will be available to you as always. Your emails and phone calls will be answered as per usual (although there may be a few more rings than usual) and your usual Ecovis contacts will be working to meet your needs in all the ways you have come to expect from us.
This extraordinary step is necessary to preserve the physical and mental health of our team and help curtail the spread of the virus, while upholding our commitment to you, our clients. With the evolving COVID-19 situation we are also aware that many businesses are facing disruption. Our aim is to continue to support you through this situation and we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you need financial advice or support of any kind.
We will also try and keep you up to date on any support that may be forthcoming from both the Government and the Banks as these come onstream. Please contact your usual Ecovis contact if you have any specific questions or requirements as you navigate this unprecedented situation.
