Junior Office and Marketing Administrator

This is a split role that would ideally suit an experienced office administrator who is keen to expand their skills as a Marketing Administrator.

Variety of duties (but not limited to):

  • Supporting the Marketing Manager on marketing projects
  • Managing the company’s social media channels
  • Assisting with event management including Client Events and Firm Updates
  • Getting involved in business development campaigns
  • Part-time Reception cover
  • New client onboarding and monitoring
  • Supporting the Practice Manager on office-wide projects


You will report directly to the Practice Manager and Marketing Partner and assist with the daily marketing functions for the Firm.

No two weeks will be the same as you will be working on a wide range of marketing and administration projects.

You will be confident and resilient and enjoy a varied and challenging role. This is certainly the type of role where what you put into it - you will get out! Attention to detail and good organisational skills are imperative for this position.

Entry Routes & Requirements

We are looking for someone who will enjoy working with us to grow our internal function. 5 GCSEs or above/A-Levels or equivalent. On the job training and career progressions

Remuneration Competitive depending on experience

Qualification support package (Professional Marketing Qualification)
